If you are looking for a fun way to show your friends your love and appreciation, this tutorial is just for you!
Today, we are making our own bead loom and friendship bracelets.
Grab a buddy and let’s get to it!
Supplies Needed
- Leftover cardboard (we used an old Kiss Naturals box)
- Scissors
- Sewing thread
- Sewing needle
- Small beads (also known as “seed beads”)
Directions
Cut your cardboard piece into a medium sized square. If you are using an old Kiss Naturals box, break down the box and cut out the back side to use as your loom.
Next, cut four small slits each on the top and bottom of the box, about 1 millimeter apart. Make sure they line up.
Tip: By making four slits you can string three beads. The more beads you want, the more slits you should cut. For example, if you want your bracelet to have 6 rows for beads then you would need to make 7 slits.
