Purchases are shipped out of warehouse in Montreal Canada.

Packages will ship upon receipt of payment.

Post to arrive within 3 -5 days from receipt of your order (Canadian orders only)

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Returns and Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange your item or credit your account.

Return Policy:

• Any item can be returned within 14 days of purchase
• All contents must be returned in it's original packaging
• Shipping for returns must be paid by the customer
• Use Postal Service which has tracking to track your return
• Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip

Refunds will be credited back via the same payment method. For online orders this is usually credit card.
